The first stage of SEZ "Togliatti" was launched

On Friday, September 11, was launched the first stage of SEZ "Togliatti". The opening ceremony was attended by N.I. Merkushin, Governor of the Samara region and A.V.Cibulski, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia.

The ceremony took place at the main building the Turkish company "Nobel Automotive Rusia", which is a pioneer in the SEZ "Togliatti". The company started production a year ago, and the factory became the leading supplier of components to the automotive enterprises of the country.Vitaly Christ, Director of the plant "Nobel" held a detailed tour for guest and told about the success of the company, which currently employs 110 people.

According to the Governor, Togliatti and Samara region are at a stage of transformations that can be called historic. From this moment the project of SEZ will be implemented more quickly, regardless of the economic situation, since the Russian government make the right decision on the transfer of the authority to manage the SEZ.

Less than three years ago, we were driven here the first pile - it was November 2, 2012. Today we are opening the first place and have already announced the investment volume of more than 18 billion rubles. The two companies are working. This year five more factorieswill launch their production lines. A total of eight factories are currently under construction. For Togliatti, in the Samara region and the country it is a task of enormous importance.

The first stage of the SEZ is 181 hectares, which summed up the gas, electricity, water supplies and communications.
