The official delegation from Sichuan Province of China visited Togliatti

September 15, 2015, there was an official meeting in the conference room of City Hall of Togliattiwith the delegation of Sichuan Province (PRC) headed by Deputy Head of the Department for Foreign Immigration of Sichuan. Purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the economic potential of the city and the county to discuss the prospects of cooperation.

Sergei Andreev,Mayor of the city of Togliatti, together with Dmitry Bogdanov,Head of the Department of Economic Development and Natalia Khrist,Head of the Department of International and Interregional Relations welcomed the official delegation from China.

Chen Zhikong as a head of the delegation represented the Sichuan Province, its economic development and tourism potential. After that the presentations of their projects were made by the representatives of large companies of the Chinese region.

In late August the city of Togliatti welcomed the delegation of another Province of China - Anhui. Visits of delegations of China in the Samara region organized in the framework of the agreements reached on the expansion of cooperation areas of the Volga Federal District and the region of the upper, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
