International Gastronomic Festival «Fish Fest» in Togliatti

The first International Gastronomic Festival Fish Fest took place in early June in Togliatti and was devoted to the City Day celebrations.

The new citywide festival with a friendly name joined two different events: Fishermans Cuisine traditional culinary competition of fish dishes, and Fish Pie competition of pies. Dozens of gastronomic master-classes for residents and guests of the city were organized on the festival ground, while interactive and creative rooms were opened on the territory of the Sputnik Park. According to the fish theme every festival room had an appropriate name, for example: Fish Market, Fry, Fish-Art, Jellied Fish, Fish Place, Sport Fishing, etc.

Gastronomic Festival Fish Fest currently is one of the most popular summer events for tourists in Togliatti. The first gastronomic event was attended by more than 500 people, including foreign guests from France, Italy, Germany, and Japan.
