The city of Togliatti joined a federal project "Walk the city"

July 14, the city of Togliatti joined a federal project "Walk the city". The project "Walk the City" is a unique event created by the Monocities Development Foundation, together with VEB.RF, the Russian Export Center and Google. In Togliatti, Yandex was the first to join the project. Across the country, activists "walked" already 70 single-industry cities. The plans of the organizers to carry out a quest in all the monotowns of Russia.

The quest participants in Togliatti were representatives of the city administration, journalists, students of the Togliatti State University, employees of city travel companies and activists of the Russian Schoolchildren Movement.

The participants of "Walk the city" had learned a lot about the history of Togliatti and put new tourist sites of the city on online-maps, and also added already existing photos and reviews.
