Restrictive measures were introduced in Togliatti

An operational headquarters has been set up in the city of Togliatti to counteract the spread of coronavirus and restrictive measures have been introduced.

The relevant decisions were signed today by the Head of the city Sergey Antashev. The operational headquarters included representatives of all administration structures, the territorial department of Rospotrebnadzor, healthcare institutions, law enforcement agencies, and the largest enterprises of the city.

In accordance with the decision of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation and the recommendations of the members of the operational headquarters, the head of the city. Togliatti Sergey Antashev ordered to introduce restrictive measures during the epidemic rise in the incidence of SARS and influenza.

In the period from March 17 to April 11:

- Municipal institutions are prohibited from conducting sports, cultural, educational, entertainment, public and other public events;

- The municipal sports commissioned to temporarily suspend the conduct of training sessions.

- It was recommended that other organizers not hold mass events in the city with more than 50 participants.

Recall, on March 16, by the decision of the governor of the Samara region Dmitry Azarov, a high-alert mode was introduced in the region due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus.
