Experts of the Federal Agency for Tourism summed up the tour around the cities of the Samara Region

On Friday, August 21, under the chairmanship of Alexander Fetisov, the Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Samara Region, a round table was held on the results of the expert tour along the route "Zhiguli weekend". Representatives of the expert council for the implementation of the program for promoting tourist routes in the field of domestic tourism under the Federal Agency for Tourism, tour operators of the Samara Region, administrations of territories and facilities included in the route took part in the meeting.

The branded tourist route "Zhiguli weekend" is an excursion around the cities of the Samara region Samara, Togliatti, Syzran (with a visit to the Samara Regional Art Museum, the park complex of the history of technology named after K.G. Sakharov, the AVTOVAZ Museum, objects of the Samarskaya Luka National Park and Sprygin State Natural Biosphere Reserve, as well as tasting the famous local beer, a master class on making Syzran's branded cake "Pautinka") was developed and tested in 2017. In connection with the change in the management structure of the expert council for tourism development, all approved branded routes of the Russian Federation are subject to re-examination.
