Athlets from Togliatti are virtual participants in the Wolfsburg Marathon 2020

From 7 to 13 September, a traditional Marathon was held in the twin city of Wolfsburg, in which athletes from Togliatti have been taking part for several years. In 2020, for the first time, foreign and nonresident marathon runners were able to take part in a sports event in Wolfsburg using a mobile application and GPS tracking technology.

According to the results of the Marathon, Igor Agishev took 1st place in his age group and 10th place in the overall standings of the Half Marathon, Olga Agisheva took 1st place in her age group and 41st place in the overall standings at a distance of 10 km.
