Almost two billion rubles will be invested by investors in the development of three projects in the Samara region

Today, on June 30, a working group was held to develop the investment climate in the region. The results are good - almost two billion rubles will be invested by investors in the development of their three projects. One of the considered projects involves the construction of a production and warehouse complex in the Krasnoyarsk region. The enterprise will launch the production of construction equipment (concrete plants) for the sale of products on the domestic market of the Russian Federation, as well as some CIS countries. Investments in the project will amount to almost 800 million rubles. The second investor intends to significantly expand the existing production of building materials. We are talking about the construction of new facilities for the production of tongue-and-groove slabs, plasters, fillers, primers and adhesives - the most used materials on the construction market. Investments in the project will amount to 585 million rubles. The third project involves the construction of a multidisciplinary health and recreation center for children and adults on the territory of Samara with a hotel and parking. The investor is ready to invest almost 600 million rubles in the project.
