Samara region has confirmed the high level of work with investors

The Samara region has passed an independent assessment of the National Association of Investment and Development Agencies (NAAIR), confirming the high level of work quality and service in working with potential investors.
Creating a comfortable business and investment climate is one of the main tasks in the work of the management team of the region and Governor Dmitry Azarov. Investment platforms are actively developing in the Samara Region, all special tax regimes are in effect, and the list of business support tools is expanding.
High marks for our work from federal colleagues, as well as direct interest in the region from investors, is an opportunity for us to understand that we are moving in the right direction and continue to raise the bar, create ideal conditions for working and developing business in the region, explained Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Samara Region Dmitry Bogdanov.

Since 2023, NAAIR has been conducting an independent assessment of the quality of work of regional specialized organizations for working with investors.

This assessment is a broad comprehensive diagnostics of the work of a regional special organization, aimed at checking the effectiveness and quality of services provided for investors. Based on the results of the assessment, the NAAIR team generates an analytical report with recommendations based on successful Russian and foreign experience, which the regions can use to further improve the efficiency of the organization of work and the quality of service for investors.

As for the Samara region, for our part, we note that over the past few years the region has made significant progress in working with investors. This progress is reflected in high independent evaluation scores. The well-coordinated work of the team of the regional Ministry of Economic Development headed by Dmitry Bogdanov and the Investment Promotion Agency formed a well-functioning mechanism for attracting investors to the region, said Rafael Khusyainshin, Deputy Chairman of the Board of NAAIR.
