The Day of European Languages took place in Togliatti

On September 23, at the site of the Library of the AVTOGRAD Community Center, events were held with the participation of Togliatti cultural and language centers on the occasion of the celebration of European Languages Day.

The linguistic centers of Togliatti organised lessons of different European languages, such as English, French, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, as well as oriental languages. Together with the Alliance Franaise Togliatti, the participants discussed the procedure for admission to French universities at a round table, talked in French about French-Russian writers, learned to write letters and make wishes in French, played games and answered quiz questions. With the Prime Time Linguistic Center, adults and children were able to play exciting games in English. A master class on oriental calligraphy was held at the Institute of Eastern Culture. The Modern Humanitarian Business Academy and the Volga Region Institute of Italian Culture held master classes and lectures about the Italian language with the participation of a native speaker teacher.
