Sister Cities

Sister cities are the cities situated in different states. They have stable friendly ties for mutual awareness of life, history and culture for better understanding, strengthening of cooperation and friendship between peoples and also for sharing experience in problem solving which face the city authorities and organizations. Cooperation of the cities is expressed in exchanging of delegations, artistic and sports groups, exhibitions, literature, films, photographic materials and information about experience of municipal services’ running.
